Mission and Event Planning
Delegation Hosting
Thanks to Baastel’s experience and network, we are uniquely positioned to assist you in the planning and coordination involved in hosting visiting delegations, whether they’re here for conferences and meetings or simply to visit. These events and visits are planned based on the specific services required, from travel logistics and visa applications to liaison with members of the delegation. Additional services can also be arranged, such as cultural events, receptions or even photo ops.
Conferences and special events
Baastel has all the know-how to provide you with one-stop shopping for turn-key conferences and special events meeting your highest expectations and within your budget. Some of the services we can provide are: site and catering selection, reservations, travel/logistics, translation of materials (in the six official United Nations languages and Portuguese), activity planning and negotiations/follow-up with service providers.
Training and Knowledge Transfer
Through the use of theoretical concepts and client-specific tools, project management training enables clients to acquire the skills and knowledge they need. The results and objectives of any project or program are evaluated by comparing the difference between the desired results and those actually achieved, which calls for indicators for measuring progress. Whether in Canada, Mali, Cuba, Jamaica, Tanzania or elsewhere, Baastel’s workshops in RBM and M&E provide you with these tools.
